Refund and Cancellation Policy

 


Virtual CLASS CANCELLATION

  1. There are no refunds for virtual classes, unless the instructor does not perform the live stream class. In that case, all paying students will receive a full refund.


PUBLIC CLASS

1. A full refund, or class credit equal to the amount paid, will be offered to any student that contacts Blu Moon directly to cancel their ticket more than 24 hours in advance of class time.

2. A class credit equal to the amount paid will be offered to any student that contacts Blu Moon directly to cancel their ticket less than 24 hours in advance of class time.

3. Any student who does not contact Blu Moon by the start of class time and is a no show in class will not receive a refund or class credit equal to the amount paid. That student will forfeit their ticket payment.


PRIVATE CLASS CANCELLATION

  1. Any private class canceled at least ONE WEEK before the start of class will be issued a full refund.

  2. Any private class cancelled between a week and 4 days before the start of class will receive store credit equal to the deposit, to be used on other Blu Moon Art Studio classes or goods.

  3. If a private class is canceled less than 4 days before the start of class, the deposit will be forfeited in full.


Cancellation due to weather

1. A full refund, or class credit equal to the amount paid, will be offered to each student signed up for classes cancelled due to weather.

2. Blu Moon reserves the right to make the final decision on class cancellation due to weather. Students will be contacted by Facebook message, phone or email to notify of cancellations as soon as the information is available.

2. Blu Moon reserves the right to cancel a class for any reason deemed necessary. Students will be contacted by Facebook message, phone or email to notify of cancellation as soon as the information is available.

 


  1. If you would like to cancel an order for an edible product, you will receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs at least 3 weeks before the product is to be delivered or shipped.

  2. If you would like to cancel closer than 3 weeks to the delivery or shipping date, a refund is not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of Blu Moon, based on ingredients and labor already spent on your order.

  3. If you receive a product that is faulty, you must return the product for full inspection, within 24 hours of receiving it. A full refund will be sent after inspection shows the fault is from Blu Moon. No refund will be sent if the product is not returned within 24 hours or if the issue is out of the control of Blu Moon.

  4. If your product has been shipped, Blu Moon can not control how the item is handled in shipping or the shipping time frame. If your product arrived damaged, a photo of the packaging and item right out of the box must be submitted within 24 hours of arrival, for a partial refund or replacement to be considered. No refund is guaranteed for shipped items.
