Sourdough Soft Pretzel Twist
Our sourdough pretzels are made with our local Texas cultured starter, treated with kindness as they ferment, hand-twisted, dipped, and baked to perfection on specialty trays. Lastly brushed with melted butter and topped with a sprinkle of kosher salt.
Each pretzel twist contains just a few wholesome ingredients: unbleached bread flour, filtered water, whole milk, butter, brown sugar, kosher salt, and rye flour starter.
The professional recipe and process we use create a soft, chewy inside and a browned pretzel outside.
Perfect for snacking, dipping, or as a side dish!
Each pretzel measures approximately 5-6” in length.
Note that if you want to re-fresh your bread, spray with water and bake in a 400-degree oven for 10 minutes.
Or freeze in a freezer-safe bag for up to 1 month, thaw at room temp out of the bag, then re-fresh if desired warm.
