We will be focusing on spiral icing application, buttercream sunflowers, and bead border piping.

Class Description:

1. We will be decorating a SINGLE layer 6 inch cake in class. Note that the cake and icing may contain gluten, chocolate, eggs, and almond extract - for those who may have allergies. I will bring a variety of chocolate and vanilla cake layers which will be first come - first served.

2. You will be provided with all the tools and materials needed.

3. Follow along step-by-step with the instructor or create your own designs!

4. Note at checkout who you want to sit with if multiple people are signing up for the same group.

5. You’ll leave class with a bakery box for your cake.

   Convenience:

   1. Each class is taught step by step by a trained instructor and baker. All questions will be answered during the class. Melissa has 16 years of professional experience baking professionally and 12 years of experience teaching creative classes.

   Clothing:

   1. Please wear appropriate clothing that can get messy. There is a possibility that your clothing or personal items may be stained if materials get on them.

   Cancelation Policy:

   If you have to cancel, please let me know via email or phone at least 24 hours in advance of class time to receive a refund. If you have to cancel less than 24 hours before class, contact me directly for instructions. If you are a no-show to class, you will not receive a refund or credit.
