Cranberry Pecan Sourdough Loaf

Our sourdough is made with our local Texas cultured starter, treated with kindness as it ferments and grows, then it’s baked to perfection in a Dutch oven.

Each classic loaf contains only 4 basic ingredients: unbleached bread flour, filtered water, kosher salt, and rye flour starter. This loaf has dried cranberries and pecans folded in.

The professional recipe and process we use creates a soft, chewy crumb inside and a crunchy crust outside.

Perfect for bread and butter, jam, sandwiches, charcuterie boards, toast, and more!

Each loaf weighs around 800 grams.

Note that if you want to re-fresh your bread, spray with water and bake in a 400-degree oven for 10 minutes.

Or freeze in a freezer-safe bag for up to 1 month, thaw at room temp in the bag, then re-fresh.
